This government program is designed to extend coverage for dental expenses to Canadian residents lacking dental benefits, with household incomes below $90,000 annually.

How do I apply for CDCP?
If you go to canada.ca/dental you will find everything you need to apply.
What happens after I apply?
Once you receive your eligibility card please bring it to the office and we will be able to help you understand the fees you will be responsible for.
